- Flat Rate: $6.99 for all U.S. orders, or FREE on orders over $100.
- Free In Store Pick-Up: Pick up at 148 E Idaho St, Kalispell, MT 59901.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for standard items. Customized or personalized items require additional time, shipping within 5-12 business days.
Final Sale Items:
All sales are final for customized or personalized items, as well as clearance and final sale items. No returns.
Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchases! If something doesn't work out, we're happy to assist with a return.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or an exchange of the same item. Items that have shipped must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, makeup, and pet hair. Items not meeting these requirements may receive partial credit.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged/Lost Items: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping. Please include your original email receipt for faster processing.
